Robbery @ Monroe/Lotus, Guns On Central Ave.
Good morning, everyone, it's 6am. It's a pretty cloudy day in the city. It's supposed to storm today, and pretty badly, too. Just hope it doesn't get too bad. Anyway, I'll be monitoring Zone 12 from now until 8am, then I have to attend to some personal business until early this afternoon, then I'll be back. Around 6:30pm or 7pm, I'll listen to some other Zones as well. Here's crime for today.
6:56am - Robbery. Monroe and Lotus. Caller was robbed by a male Black, mid 20s and dark complected, who pointed a gun at the caller and fled in a 4-door gold SUV with a partial plate of L60, heading south on Laramie towards Adams. The back window on the SUV is broken out.
7:03am - Beat car 1523 needs an RD number from this robbery. It's HT461404 with the event number of 03081.
7:05am - Wanted from the robbery is a male Black, 5'10, 190 lbs, late 20s, gray shirt and black shorts who robbed the victim with a small black handgun and took $275 in currency. He fled east on Monroe in the gold SUV, then south on Laramie. The SUV now has a plate of L90695.
7:08am - 1523 is touring the area with the victim.
7:13am - Person w/ a gun. 713 S Central. Under the viaduct, there was an accident, and now males are jumping out of their cars, pulling guns out at each other. Caller describes it as a movie scene.
7:40am - Burglar alarm. 49XX W Drummond.
7:44am - Information for the CPD. Congress and Lotus. Male Black, dark complected, mohawk and a red/white flannel shirt, showed another man a gun.
7:45am - All of the traffic lights at Belmont and Long are flashing red in all directions.
7:50am - Beat 1583 possibly has the 7:44am subject stopped on the 5400 block of W Congress.
7:53am - 1) Beat 2506Charlie gets an event number for the Conflict Zone [Beats 2531 and 2532] on the PDT. 2) Burglar alarm. 5340 W North Ave. At the church.
7:54am - Beat car 1532 has to cover a crossing at Huron and Laramie until 9am.

6:57pm - A 9th District unit is taking one in from a traffic stop on the 3000 block of W 51st
7:23pm - Narcotics. On 1524's Beat.
