Suspicious Persons On Chicago, Wanted Person On Walnut

Good morning, everyone, it's 8:44am. It's a sunny day in the lower 70s right now. It'll warm up into the mid 80s. Anyway, I'm monitoring Zone 3 (13th and 14th Districts) until 4pm. After 4pm, I will monitor Zones 12 and 1 for all of you. Here's crime for today.

8:45am - Suspicious person. 1430 W Chicago. Two males putting on gloves in the alley.

9:09am - Person wanted. 16XX W Walnut.

9:17am - Street cleaning parkers. 1400 block of N Fairfield.

9:28am - A 13th District unit is on a Community Concern in the area of Washington-Wolcott-Lake-Wood. Event number is 04762.

9:33am - D.O.A. Norweign Hospital.

9:56am - Criminal damage. 15XX W Fry. Two people in a red car breaking out windows in the area.

10:09am - Battery. 14XX N Claremont. Known male hit the caller in the face.

1:03pm - Disturbance. 20XX W Chicago. Male White, 40s, dark glasses, dark hair in a ponytail, beard, black hat, black t-shirt and jeans, is blocking the garage and alley with several cars. An argument is ensuing.

1:16pm - Shots Fired. 30XX W Madison. Shots heard on the street.

1:19pm - A slow down is being given on the 1:16pm job.

1:38pm - Beat car 1333 needs two event numbers for Community Concerns. One is for the 1800 block of W Maypole, and the other is for the 100 block of N Wood. Event number is Maypole is 08963.

1:44pm - Disturbance. 1529 W Chicago. Five drunk males laying in front of the business.

1:52pm - Robbery. Wicker Park. Caller was punched and had their cell phone taken by a female White with a nose ring, brown hair and shorts. She's sitting on a bench nearby.

1:53pm - Municipal ordinance violation. 12XX N Noble. Construction workers have the entire street blocked off.

1:54pm - 1) Narcotics. On 1331's Beat. 2) Suspicious vehicle. 3XX N Leavitt. White box truck with gray trims have been parked there since Wednesday and is obstructing the caller's business. The car has no city stickers, either.

2:01pm - Reckless driver. Chicago and Halsted. Car is all over the road.

2:16pm - 1) Disturbance. 34XX W Potomac. Kids playing basketball. 2) Criminal trespass in progress. 13XX N Campbell. Unknown male just entered the neighbor's garage.

2:19pm - The 1300 Campbell call is now a burglary in progress. A male Black with a black t-shirt and white pants is breaking into the garage.

2:20pm - Now he's going into the house.

2:29pm - Wanted from the Campbell burglary is a male Black with a black t-shirt and white pants. He has a box with him that has unknown items in it. Also, a male Black, 15 years old, black baseball cap, white t-shirt and blue jeans was his lookout.

2:35pm - Traffic accident. Fulton and Western.

3:10pm - Battery in progress. 3100 block of W Warren. 10 to 15 teens fighting in the vacant lot.

3:11pm - Some call on the 1300 block of W Chestnut.

3:14pm - Beat 1302 asks for three POD mission event numbers. One for POD #426, one for #515 and one for #722. #426 is 10723, #515 is 10753 and #722 is 10756.

4:48pm - Narcotics. Leamington and Ohio. Group selling drugs. They're stashing the drugs in the vacant building at 536 on Leamington.

5:21pm - 1) Narcotics. 7XX N Lamon. Group selling drugs and playing cards. 2) Narcotics. Ferdinand and Laramie. Three males selling on the corner.

5:42pm - Assault in progress. Fullerton and Narraganset. Caller being threatened by an unknown male.

7:16pm - EMS run. Cumberland and Catherine. Man on the ground.

7:17pm - Battery in progress. 42XX N Mozart. Group of males beating on one.
