Good morning, everyone, it's 9:50am. It's a mostly sunny morning with temps in the upper 60s and today will be sunny with temps near 80. I'm monitoring Zone 12 today for the most part, but plan on covering some other Zones this evening around 7pm. With that, here's crime for today.

10:03am - Theft in progress. 37XX W Division. Female and two males are stealing copper.

10:04am - Beat 1552 is assigned to a fixed post at Thomas and Waller today.

10:24am - Beat 3270 is on a crosswalk mission at Pulaski and LeMoyne. Event number is 05961.

11:14am - Disturbance. 55XX W Gladys.

11:36am - Check the well being. XX S Mason. Weird odor coming from the neighbor’s apartment, they haven’t seen this neighbor in a few days.

12:08pm - Traffic accident. Belden and Nordica.

1:30pm - Burglar alarm. 24XX N Newland.

1:39pm - Disturbance. 12XX N Avers. Female who’s homeless and a drug addict is behind the caller’s house and needs to be moved along.

1:41pm - Parker. 28XX N Nagle.

1:45pm - Parker. 12XX N Monitor.

1:48pm - Person w/ a gun. Central and Adam. Male Black, dark complected, with a red shirt has a gun in his hand as he walks down Adams towards Lotus.

2:35pm - EMS run. 5XX N Laramie. Person down.

2:38pm - 1) Beat car 2531’s Conflict Zone mission event number is 09945. 2) Disturbance. 58XX W Division. People drinking and being loud.

2:48pm - Commercial alarm. 7010 W North Ave.

2:56pm - Barking dog. 645 N Lockwood.

3:00pm - I need to run some errands and get some other things done, so I’m getting off. I’ll be back later. See you all then.

9:45pm - Beat car 1531 has about 200 kids running up and down Chicago from Leamington. Possible fight. Beat 1572, the Wagon, is being advised to come over. Great....

9:46pm - Beat 1550 is saying that this real large crowd is out on Chicago because they’re at a vigil for someone who was killed a couple of years ago.

9:49pm - Just FYI, but we’ve got most of the 25th District units at LeMoyne and Linder. They’re handling some sort of situation that occurred earlier over there.

9:50pm - Loud music disturbance. 15XX N Linder.

9:52pm - Disturbance. 15XX N Linder. Large crowd on the block.

9:55pm - Beat car 1513 has a large group at Central and Chicago throwing bottles. More cars needed.

9:56pm - A slow down is being given at Central/Chicago. Crowd’s dispersing.

10:03pm - Disturbance. Monroe and Lotus. Large group on the corner.

10:07pm - Gang disturbance. 51XX W Crystal. Group having a gang meeting in front.

10:19pm - EMS run. 42XX W Crystal.

10:34pm - Beat car 1533Robert is hearing four “loud reports” at Cicero and Jackson. They’re riding around now.
