Good morning, everyone, it's 8:38am. It's a sunny morning with temps in the upper 70s. Today's supposed to get into the upper 80s, with a mix of sunshine, rain and thunderstorms. I'm monitoring Zone 12 most of today, but will monitor Zones 4 and 10 around 7:30pm this evening. Here's crime for today.

8:41am - Beat car 2531 has a traffic stop at Wabansia and Monitor, needs a female officer to assist him. Beat car 2523 can go, but she's a LONG way off.

8:48am - Beat car 2512 has a funeral detail at 1900 N Harlem.

8:49am - Battery report. West Suburban Hospital.

8:57am - Parker. 1600 block of N Kildare. Permits.

9:04am - Theft. 5921 W Division. At the Sunset Liquors. Bi-polar woman just stole a can of beer, walked out in front and is drinking the can. She also has a screwdriver.

9:11am - Suspicious vehicle. Mulligan and George. Female Hispanic in a car that has a real loud muffler is circling the area.

9:12am - Narcotics. 1200 N Springfield. Selling. Two people on the corner, a male White and a female White, are waiting to buy drugs.

9:20am - Narcotics. 3915 W Grand. Male Hispanic with a black t-shirt is on a dark-colored bike, selling drugs.

9:33am - 1) Loud music disturbance. 7XX N Austin. 2) Parker. 50XX W Glady. Car parked illegally.

9:38am - Battery in progress. 5900 block of W North Ave. Multiple calls coming in. Two women fighting, large group out there on most of the calls. One call says 20 are jumping on one. One call says four females are fighting. One call says one woman is armed with a knife and another call says a female is bleeding from the head.

9:44am - Beat 2542 is at the 9:38am calls, and is saying that some of the offenders fled south on Mayfield towards LeMoyne.

9:51am - Beat car 1522 is doing his mandatory 30-minute foot patrol from Adams to Quincy, Laramie to Lockwood. Event number is 06980.

10:10am - Disturbance. George and Mobile. Car with a very loud muffler.

10:11am - 1) 2531 has a traffic stop at 59XX W Hirsch. 2) Narcotics. 49XX W Superior. Male with a white shirt selling in front. 3) Narcotics. 10XX N Lamon. Three males in front selling.

10:14am - Beat 1565Adam is dispersing two for narcotics loitering at 55XX W Washington. Console time is 10:14 and the event number is 07295.

11:30am - 2531 has a traffic stop at 5540 W North Ave. He needs an assist unit because he's got five people in the car. 2532 will go help.

11:34am - Generic. 55XX W Adams. Something about a pre-teen daughter being out of control.

12:38pm - Missing person. 737 N Central. Caller's nephew named Antwan Madden, who's 12 years old, just ran out of the apartment and south on Central towards Huron. He has on no shirt and tan shorts.

2:02pm - 1) Robbery. 5645 W Division. Three male Blacks in their early teens are the offenders. The victim was sleeping on the sidewalk. 2) Backlog in 15 at 14:02 hours.

2:04pm - Person w/ gun. 13XX N Kildare. Male Black with a white shirt and black jeans has a gun and he's selling drugs. He's about 22 to 23 years old with a mustache. He keeps walking back and forth.

2:09pm - Theft. 4800 W Fullerton. Customer had their wallet stolen in the store.

2:26pm - Person Shot. 5XX N Lawler. Details to follow....

2:27pm - The 2:26pm job is bona fide. Beat 1565 is on scene.

2:28pm - The victim's saying that the shooting happened at ferdinand lavergne.

2:29pm - The offender from the shooting is a male Black, 5'8 with a white t-shirt and dark shorts on. He ran towards Kinize on Lavergne. Shooting occurred at Ferdinand and Lavergne, by the corner store.

2:30pm - Victim was shot once in the hip. EMS is on scene.

2:35pm - Theft in progress. 4804 W Madison. Male stealing inside the store.

3:22pm - Person Shot. 12XX N Lockwood. Multiple calls coming in. Male at the caller's back door, saying he's been shot and he needs help.

3:23pm - There's possibly two people shot on Lockwood. Beat 2565 is on scene. Two ambulances are needed, though.

3:30pm - They're sorting out the details on this Lockwood shooting. Also, the victim from the shooting in 15 has numerous gang afflications, including with Vice Lords on Chicago Ave.

6:02pm - Wanted for an armed robbery that occurred in the alley at 6XX N LeClaire around 17:30 hours (5:30pm) is a male Black, early 30s, 6'1, 250 lbs with a white t-shirt, blue jean shorts and diamond earrings. He had a blue steel handgun. He took a wallet containing $40, a bank card and some I.D.s.
