7:26am - Open hydrant at 12XX N Springfield.

7:38am - 1) Narcotics. 23XX N Melvina. People smoking pot in the garage. 2) Commercial alarm. 5852 W North Ave. At West Side Health Authority.

8:23am - Residential alarm. 12XX N Pulaski.

8:46am - EMS run. LeMoyne and Cicero. By the bus stop.

8:48am - EMS run. Kostner and Armitage.

8:51am - Fire. 17XX N Narragansett. Car in the rear.

8:56am - Beat car 1522 is doing foot patrol on the 5200 blocks of W Quincy and Adams. This foot patrol is mandatory and must be done everyday.

9:01am - Municipal ordinance violation. On 2512's Beat.

9:16am - Person calling for help. 2XX N Laramie. Woman screaming for help.

9:17am - Burglar report and parker on 2534's Beat.

9:23am - EMS run. Chicago and Lawler. Woman going in and out of conciousness.

9:32am - Robbery. 40XX W Crystal. Two males jumped and robbed the caller. They fled east towards Pulaski.

9:36am - DOA. West Suburban. 16 year old. In the ER.

9:39am - Beat 2502 is pulling an RD number from 17XX N Kedvale for a hit-and-run accident. It's HV372323 with the event number of 06631.

9:40am - Beat car 1533 has a traffic stop at 5950 W Chicago.

9:46am - Parker. On 2521's Beat.

9:48am - Holding the offender. Cicero and Chicago. Caller's trying to hold a guy who climbed out of a basement window down the block.

10:02am - Beat car 1523 has a traffic stop at Chicago and Laramie.

10:03am - Beat car 1513 is doing a park check at Columbus.

10:07am - Sex offense. 5615 W Madison. Naked drunk guy.

10:10am - Wanted for an armed robbery with a knife at 1231 N Karlov are two male Blacks. The first one is tall, slim build, dark complected and late 20s to early 30s. The second male is medium to light complected and in his early 20s. The second one is possibly a Black Hispanic, too. The first one had a knife. Taken was a brown wallet with $180 in it and Illinois State I.D. Both subjects approached the victim from behind and the second male went through the victim's pockets while the first male drew the knife. They fled north and ran into the building at 1236 N Karlov. This happened about 35 to 40 minutes ago, from the 9:32am address. This is the 9:32am job.

10:12am - Criminal damage report. 30XX N Menard. Someone shot bullets at the caller's house and the bullets are on the front porch.

10:13am - Reckless driver. madison cicero. Black Chevy Impala with a plate of N32543.

10:18am - Beat 5341 needs a transport car at 2333 N Harlem.

10:28am - Burglar report. 5934 W Chicago. At the Unique store.

10:32am - Check the well being. 21XX N Monitor. Someone's yelling at the caller.

10:41am - The 10:32am job is being coded out. An officer is on scene and someone is telling them no one called.

10:51am - Burglary in progress. 17XX N Mayfield. Someone's in the property that is under construction.

11:44am - Burglar alarm. 18XX N Lowell.

12:03pm - Battery in progress. Columbus Park. By the lagoon. Group of males jumping on one.

1:29pm - Vicious animal. 30XX N Nagle. Neighbor's snake got out of the house and it's in the backyard.

2:02pm - 1) They're calling back on the 1:29pm job. 2) Open door. 47XX W Deming.

2:03pm - Beat 1565David is dispersing for narcotics loitering at 5031 W Chicago. Console time is 14:05 and the event number is 10194.

2:12pm - Shots Fired. 27XX N Linder. Shots were heard and then a male Hispanic with hair to his shoulders ran from the alley into a building.

2:17pm - 1) Narcotics. 69XX W Shakespeare. 2) Municipal ordinance violation. 29XX N Rutherford. 3) Disturbance. 1018 N Laramie. At the Hay Academy. 4) Disturbance. 5603 W Chicago. Problem with the owner of the store. 5) Disturbance. 48XX W Washington.

4:35pm - Assault. 48XX W Concord. Caller asked their neighbors to stop playing football and what not on their front lawn and they yelled at them.

5:34pm - Landlord/tenant dispute. 1XX N Pine. Problem with the landlord.

5:42pm - Person w/ a gun. 1700 block of N Luna. Male Black with a white shirt, blue jeans and a white fishermen's hat has a gun. He's with about 10 other guys. They're running north towards Bloomingdale. Oh lord. This is the same block where a 7 year old girl named Heaven Sutton was killed a couple of weeks ago.

5:51pm - They're calling on Luna again. The guy's now wearing a biege/black hat, blue jacket, vest and biege shorts. He fled towards Linder on Wabansia.

5:55pm - Person wanted. 8XX N Laramie. Male Black named Daniel, 22 years old with a white t-shirt and blue jeans is wanted for battery and he just left the caller's house. This is under RD number HV358003.

6:02pm - Holding the offender. 6525 W Diversey. At the Target. Shoplifter.

6:36pm - Suspicious person. 60XX W Fullerton.

7:05pm - Beat 2563Adam is dispersing three for gang loitering at 12XX N Springfield. Console time is 19:05 and the event number is 15578.

7:06pm - Open hydrant at Potomac and Springfield.

7:07pm - Burglary in progress. 40XX W Hirsch. Three male Blacks, 15 to 17 years old, are trying to break the lock off the gate in the back.

7:40pm - Criminal damage. 56XX S Winchester. Two males took a boot off a car.

7:42pm - Person w/ a gun. 64XX S Wolcott. Male Black, dark complected with a white shirt and black pants has a gun.

7:52pm - Criminal damage. 67XX S Clyde. Group of kids trying to break the hydrant open.
