9:01am - Speed chase. Speed chase. West on Erie from Mayfield. Beat car 1511 is chasing a 2-door tan Lincoln that was involved in a Criminal Sexual Assault. Beat 1510 is monitoring.

9:02am - South on Ridgeland from Washington. Oak Park 1 is being notified.

9:03am - Left on Harrison from Ridgeland.

9:04am - South on Austin from Harrison.

9:05am - Making a left on Roosevelt from Austin.

9:06am - Passing Central on Roosevelt.

9:07am - East on Roosevelt, approaching Laramie.

9:08am - Oh, this chase just turned ugly. Ambulances needed at Roosevelt and Cicero. Offender crashed into a car or two, and apparently has been shot.

9:09am - The offender's bleeding profusely. People are screaming and yelling.

9:10am - Offender said he was shot a couple of months ago. Okkkk....

9:11 to 9:13am - Police/Dispatch chatter about the incident.

9:14am - Battery in progress. 18XX N Mason. Mother's friend is beating her up. Child caller.

9:17am - An RD number needs to be pulled, and it will. Also, backlog in 15 at 09:17 hours.

9:21am - CTA buses on Roosevelt are going to have to be rerouted. It's ugly over there.

1:06pm - Criminal trespass. 2500 N Central. At the Tony's. A man who's not supposed to be there is in the parking lot.

1:13pm - 1) Holding the offender. 4821 W North Ave. At the Food4Less. 2) Loud music disturbance. 22XX N Latrobe.

1:14pm - Shots Fired. Austin and Lake. A shootout is occurring on the corner. One call only.

2:17pm - 1) Check the well being. Grand and Pulaski. 2) Disturbance. 18XX N Linder. 3) Parker. 47XX W Dickens. 4) Parker. 50XX W Dickens.

2:21pm - Check the well being. 48XX W Iowa.

2:56pm - Criminal trespass. 6458 W Diversey. In a vacant building.

5:00pm - Check the well being. LeMoyne and Pulaski. Female White, short blonde hair and a black leather jacket, is standing by the bus stop, stumbling.

5:39pm - Parker. 29XX N Laramie.

5:40pm - Criminal damage in progress. Parkside and Chicago. Three males in the alley, hammering on the State Farm building.

5:47pm - Criminal damage in progress. 3700 block of W LeMoyne. Two male Hispanics, one with a hat titiled to the right with a blue striped jacket, are tagging the garages and buildings.

7:03pm - Suspicious person. 29XX N Nagle.

7:16pm - Disturbance. 43XX S Wood.

7:17pm - Some call at the Addison Blue Line station, 3622 W Addison.

7:26pm - 1) Assault in progress. 3601 W Grand. At the store. Four males in a big argument. 2) Some call on 1112's Beat.

7:27pm - 1) Burglar alarm. 37XX W Wilcox. 2) Disturbance. 4XX N Drake. Males loitering.

7:28pm - Disturbance. 8XX W Waveland. 10 to 15 homeless men loitering on the south side of the street.

7:29pm - 1) EMS run. 13XX W Wilson. Male having a seizure. 2) Beat 1951 has a traffic stop at Waveland and Western.
