8:09am - Beat 1682 is doing foot patrol on the 4800 and 4900 blocks of N Milwaukee. Event number is 03505.

8:24am - Parker. 45XX N Central Park. Minivan.

8:27am - Parker. Lawrence and Melvina.

8:45am - Beat 1705Adam is doing for a park check at Horner. Event number is 04015.

8:46am - Disturbance. 42XX N Laramie. Problem with the guest over a stolen phone.

8:57am - 1) Commercial alarm. 4995 N Elston. At the storage facility. 2) Commercial alarm. 3924 W Lawrence.

9:03am - Traffic accident. 4956 W Belmont.

9:06am - Beat 1601 says that a woman just walked into 16 with some kind of head injury. Dispatch is calling EMS.

9:10am - Suspicious person. 51XX W Arygle. Male White, blonde hair and plaid shirt is looking into the yards. He got out of a van that has a gas company logo on it. Caller, who wishes to remain anonymous, called that gas company to inquire about it, and they're saying that they didn't send anyone to that address.

9:11am - Burglar alarm. 52XX N Cicero.

9:15am - 1) Beat 1661 is doing a burglary mission on the 30 sector. Event number of 04418. 2) Beat 1740 is doing a premise check at the Albany Park Community Center.

9:16am - Beat car 1613 is doing a premise check at the Harlem Blue Line station.

9:18am - Parker. 6040 N Elston. Street cleaners.

9:20am - Parker. 42XX N Central Park. Construction truck blocking the alley.

9:23am - Beat car 1614 is doing a premise check at the Cumberland Blue Line station.

9:27am - 1) Beat car 1711 is doing a Community Concern on the 5700 block of N Kenneth. 2) They're calling again on the 9:10am job.

9:31am - 1) Shots Fired. 45XX N Christina. Five heard. Sounds like they're coming from Montrose. 2) Beat 1671 is coding out the 9:10/9:27am jobs.

9:34am - A slow down is being given on the 9:31am job.

9:39am - Beat car 1724 is coding out the 9:31am job. People's Gas is at the corner of Christina and Montrose and they say they haven't heard anything.

9:47am - Beat car 1634 is ordering up gang graffiti remover at 48XX W Newport. A priority is needed on this since there's gang graffiti all over the garage door.

9:50am - Information for the CPD. Avondale and Nagle. The gates for the Union Pacific trains has been down for over 10 minutes, and there's no train coming. A few seconds later, 1621 codes out the call, since the gates are now up.

9:54am - Beat 1662Charlie needs an event number for a burglary mission on the 30 sector. Event number is 04997.

9:59am - 1) 1724 is doing some street cleaning on the 4500 block of N Albany. 2) Person calling for help. 45XX N Menard. City of Chicago tow driver is having a problem in front. Someone jumped inside of their car while he was trying to tow it.

10:00am - Residential alarm. 41XX N Parkside.

10:04am - Beat 1650 is giving a slow down on Menard. Just a little dispute. It'll be coded in a few minutes.

10:10am - 1724 is doing a premise check at the Francisco Brown Line station.

11:36am - Disturbance. 39XX N Major. Neighbor's dog is being allowed to defaecate in the caller's backyard.

11:40am - 1705A is doing a park check at Merchant.

11:41am - EMS run. Pulaski and Peterson. In the bus terminal, a female in her 60s aboard CTA bus #6538 is unconscious.

11:47am - EMS is on scene of the 11:41am job. They're going to take her to the hospital.

11:50am - Theft. 4660 W Irving Park Rd. At the Jewel-Osco. A male Hispanic with no shirt just stole some merchandise. He took off towards Cicero on Irving in a gray or white Dodge minivan.

12:05pm - Disturbance. 40XX N Central. Problem with the Water Department doing work in front of the caller's house.

12:06pm - Disturbance. 4904 W Irving Park. Problem with the store owner.

12:08pm - Check the well being. Cornelia and Newcastle. Someone in a car just pressed their On-Star button and no one's answering.

12:27 through 12:31pm - 17th District officers are talking about a street light that fell at Springfield and Leland. A supervisor is needed to tape off the intersection.

12:46pm - Beat car 1731 is doing a park check at Kilbourn.

12:55pm - Suspicious vehicle. 40XX N Leamington. White car with an Illinois plate of 9766993. Not sure what's suspicious about it.

1:07pm - Holding the offender. 4730 W Irving Park. At the Sears.

1:14pm - Traffic accident. 48XX N Central Park.

1:17pm - Beat 1750 needs an assist at Lawrence and Pulaski. He's got three on the hood. Beat 1762Adam will help out.

1:32pm - Disturbance. 4357 W Montrose. Problem with a female.

1:37pm - Battery in progress. 85XX W Catalpa. Fight on the 1st floor.

1:42pm - Suspicious vehicle. 48XX W Gunnison.

1:44pm - Burglar alarm. 53XX W Goodman.

1:47pm - More cars are needed on the 1:37pm job. There's a bad fight going on.

1:50pm - A slow down is being given on Catalpa. They have a subject in custody.

2:41pm - Beat car 1713 needs an ambulance at the 3301 Lawrence call. Female having an asthma attack.

2:45pm - 1662C has a street stop in the alley at Narraganset and Belmont.

2:57pm - Wanted from the battery on Kedzie is a sliver Jeep Cherokee with a plate of H363953. This call is actually an assault. Offender pulled out a handgun on the caller.

3:42pm - Disturbance. 36XX W Lawrence. Homeless males loitering and drinking behind the building.

4:29pm - Suspicious person. 6701 N Northwest Hwy. Male Hispanic, 5'10, 180 lbs and dressed in all black is in the alley.

4:43pm - Burglar alarm. 38XX N Olcott.

4:52pm - Assault in progress. Giddings and Laramie. Two females Blacks, 16-19 years, one with long black curls in her hair and one with a dark jacket, grabbed the caller's purse and then threatened them. They ran towards Lawrence on Laramie.

4:57pm - The 4:52pm job is a robbery. 1623 is on scene.

4:58pm - Disturbance. Central and Addison. Skateboarders loitering in the parking lot of the JJ Peppers.

5:01pm - Beat 1600 is asking if any officers looked in the Jefferson Park Blue Line Terminal for those offenders from the 4:52pm job.

5:09pm - Beat car 1713 has a traffic stop at Wilson and Spaulding.

5:11pm - Suspicious person. Oriole and Touhy. Kids that are playing are hiding behind a car.

5:12pm - Open door. 32XX N Oriole.

5:14pm - Burglar alarm. 41XX N Tripp.

5:29pm - Beat 1656 asks for an event number for the focus mission. It's 12889.

5:31pm - 1) Battery. 114XX W Irving Park. Caller was beaten up. 2) Traffic accident. Grace and Lavergne. Injures.

5:33pm - Beat 1630 is giving 1633 a disregard on the 5:31pm Irving Park job. That's probably out of Chicago and even if it was, it's too far away for any CPD to respond.

5:49pm - Burglar alarm. 48XX W Pensacola.

5:51pm - Beat car 1731 has a traffic stop at Montrose and Spaulding.

5:55pm - Traffic accident. 3500 W Lawrence.

5:57pm - Traffic accident. 5312 N Central.

6:04pm - Beat car 1633 is doing a park check at Merrimac.

6:09pm - Information for the CPD. On 1621's Beat.

6:47pm - Municipal ordinance violation. 57XX N Austin. Truck parked in front.

6:58pm - Shots Fired. Lamon and Wellington. Couple of calls. About 5 to 8 heard. There's gangbangers in the area, too.

6:59pm - Another call just came in.

7:08pm - Narcotics. On the 10 sector of 23.

7:09pm - Some call on the 4500 block of N Magnolia.

7:11pm - Suspicious person. 9XX W Agitate.

7:12pm - Information only, but there were some calls of "Shots Fired" a little before 7pm in the area of Irving Park and Broadway

7:34pm - Suspicious person. 41XX N Keystone. Male at the caller's door, refusing to leave.

8:15pm - Parker. 39XX N Christina.

10:00pm - Numerous parkers in both 16 and 17.

11:16pm - Vice complaint. 57XX N Newark. Lots of underage drinking going on.

11:20pm - EMS run. Francisco and Cullom. Male slumped over the wheel of his car.

11:45pm - Municipal ordinance violaiton. 45XX N Knox. Something having to do with teens.

11:46pm - Beat 2550 has a big street fight at LeMoyne and Harding. Couple of cars needed.

11:55pm - Loud music disturbance. 41XX N Meade.

11:56pm - They're calling in the 11:45pm job as an "assault in progress" now. 20 teens in the street throwing bottles and about to fight.

11:57pm - A slow down is being given on the 11:45/11:56pm jobs. No teens fighting or arguing.
