Traffic Stop @ North And Cicero

Good morning, everyone, it's 2:05am. It's a cold night in Chicago. It's around 30 degrees. Clear skies, though. Anyway, I'm monitoring Zone 12 right now and probably will do so until around 5am. I might blog Zone 13 today after 12pm on this blog. Not completey sure yet, though. We'll see. Here's crime for today.

2:06am - Beat 2506Charlie has a traffic stop at North and Cicero.

2:07am - Beat car 1512Robert has a traffic stop at Laramie and Chicago.

2:10am - Reckless driver. Division and Laramie. Car went south on Laramie, speeding south. It's a green SUV with a plate of 31508118.

2:32am - Robbery. Grand and Major. Caller's car was stolen.

2:37am - Wanted from the robbery is a male Hispanic, 25-30 years old who pointed a gun at the caller and took his Chevy Trailblazer. The vehicle has a plate of 5610142. It fled north on Major, towards Belden.

2:38am - Battery in progress. 1X S Austin. Male being beaten in the building and someone's screaming for their life.

2:41am - Disturbance. On 2513R's PDT. It's on Belmont.

2:45am - Suspicious vehicle. 29XX N Mont Claire. White car in the alley.

2:58am - Beat car 2535R has a traffic stop at North and Central Park.

3:07am - Beat car 1513R has a traffic stop at Cicero and Washington.

3:08am - Commercial alarm. 2457 N Harlem.

3:43am - Theft in progress. 1300 block of N Austin. Occuppants in a white vehicle took a tire off a red vehicle.

4:15am - Assault. Division and Central. In the Subway. Female with a 2X4 is threatening people inside.

1:39pm - EMS run. 20XX W Taylor. Intoxicated male not feeling well.

1:48pm - Disturbance. 221 S Western. Males loitering in front.

2:01pm - Narcotics. 5400 S Laflin. Two male Blacks selling drugs. They're out there all day and night.

2:07pm - Suspicious person. 35th and Union. Male on a bike.

2:08pm - Panic alarm. 2532 W 47th St.

2:14pm - A disregard is being given on the 2:08pm job.

2:16pm - Person w/ a gun. Union and 33rd. Two male Whites, one with a black hoodie, are riding through the area with a gun. They're in a white Chevy van.

2:22pm - Beat 1262Charlie is dispersing four for narcotics loitering from 1133 W 18th. Console time is 14:22 and the event number is 09631.

2:24pm - Foot chase. 5400 block of S Marshfield. Beat 962Eddie is chasing a male Black with a black coat.

2:25pm - The offender is in custody.

2:33pm - Suspicious vehicle. 29XX S Canal. Blue Crown Vic hasn't moved in a week.

2:34pm - Burglary. 5159 S Morgan. From the store.

2:35pm - An RD number has been pulled from the Marshfield chase. It's HT584748 with the event number of 09665.

2:40pm - Beat car 915 is doing a park check at Davis Square.

2:42pm - Beat 1254 is doing a premise check at 740 S Claremont.

2:51pm - Gang disturbance. 45XX S California. Two wearing red are throwing bottles.

2:58pm - Gang disturbance. 44XX S California. Six to seven wearing gang colors are throwing ice cubes.

3:27pm - 1) Auto theft. 22XX W Campbell Park Dr. 2) Alarm. 1059 W 13th. At the Smith school.

3:36pm - Suspicious person. 1900 S Paulina. Male with a ComEd I.D. is walking through the area, asking people about their light bills. That's suspicious?

3:39pm - Beat car 934 has a traffic stop at 54XX S Winchester.

3:40pm - I'm going to go for a little while. I should be back sometime later.

6:20pm - I'm back for the time being.

6:21pm - Shots Fired. Swain and Shields. Six heard.

6:24pm - Disturbance. 219 S Western. At Adams Liquors. 10 people loitering in front.

6:42pm - Person w/ a gun. 15XX W Marquette. Male Black with a blue pistol is standing in front.

6:44pm - 1) Suspicious person. 15XX S Central Park. Male Black, red shirt, black jacket, blue durag, is knocking on the caller's door. 2) Burglar alarm. 16XX S Harding.

6:48pm - Theft. 12XX S Independance.

6:52pm - Suspicious vehicle. 23XX S Grove. Car that's parked under the viaduct has been there since yesterday.

6:55pm - 1) Narcotics. Halsted Orange Line CTA station. 2) Person down. Hoyne and 51st.

7:00pm - I'm going to for a little while. I'll be back before the night's over.

8:04pm - I'm back.

8:08pm - Battery in progress. 28XX S Archer. Two of the caller's friends are fighting in front.

8:10pm - Narcotics. On 1231's Beat.

8:14pm - Robbery. 4XX S Morgan.

8:51pm - Beat car 911 has an on-view disturbance at 53rd and Albany. Couple of more cars needed.

8:55pm - Burglar alarm. 54XX S Winchester.

8:58pm - Disturbance. 11XX S Lafflin. Kids loitering by the townhouses.

9:03pm - Beat 955 is dispersing a couple for gang loitering somewhere on the south end of 9. Console time is 21:03 hours and the event number is 16836.

9:13pm - Information for the CPD. Campbell and 47th. Something about a male arguing with a group of males.
9:16pm - Suspicious person. 29XX W 55th. Unknown male dressed in black is trying to get into the caller's home.

9:18pm - Wanted from attempted Criminal Sexual Assault from the 500 block of N Leavitt (message coming over from Zone 3) are three male Blacks, who took off in a gray Honda Pliot with a plate of 7369803. They grabbed the victim, robbed her then tried to rape her. Took off south on Leavitt towards Grand. Information only for the coppers on the north end of 12. This occurred 45 minutes ago.

9:23pm - Assault. 47XX S Wolcott. Group of unknown males, possibly gang members, threatened to kill the caller.

9:25pm - Disturbance. 1500 W 19th. 30 teens throwing "stuff".
