8:41am - Traffic accident. Wellington and Central. Two cars, no injuries.

9:03am - Disturbance. 5015 W Madison. In front of the McDonalds. Two males loitering in front.

9:05am - Narcotics. Springfield and Potomac. Four males selling.

9:06am - Burglary report. 5600 W Chicago.

9:24am - Traffic accident. Roosevelt and Cicero.

9:28am - EMS run. 8XX N Lawler. Two year old had a chair fell on them.

9:37am - Burglary in progress. 63XX W George. Details to follow....

9:42am - A slow down is being given on the 9:37am job per Beat car 2513. Also, Beat car 2515 is on scene and is giving a flash. Wanted is a male White, 5'8 with a white t-shirt and khaki shorts.

9:45am - Criminal trespass. 55XX W Schubert. People have taken up residence in a vacant building.

9:54am - Theft. 61XX W Wrightwood. Male White with a yellow shirt and backpack took some flowers off the porch and is walking towards McVicker.

10:04am - Loud music disturbance. 4800 block of W Haddon.

10:41am - Disturbance. 4821 W North Ave. At the Food4Less. Water sellers need to be moved along.

11:13am - Theft. 29XX N Long. Someone's taking things from the neighbor's apartment.

11:45am - Beat 2562Adam is dispersing two for gang loitering from 12XX N Springfield. Console time is 11:45 and the event number is 07587.

11:50am - 1) Disturbance. 4800 W Harrison. Two friends fighting over money. 2) Landlady/tenant dispute. 63XX W Fletcher. 3) Landlord/tenant dispute. 19XX N Keystone.

11:51am - 1) Parker. On 1595's PDT. 2) Parker. On 2515's Beat.

11:53am - Traffic accident. Harlem and Grand. Truck hit a gate.

11:58am - Person wanted. 1XX N Pine. Two males wanted for stealing from the caller's car are in the rear now.

12:02pm - Residential alarm. 22XX N Melvina.

12:07pm - Disturbance w/ a mental. 59XX W Superior. High-risk.

12:12pm - Residential alarm. 27XX N Rutherford.

12:54pm - Theft. 501 N Laramie. Male Black with a biege shirt and black/white jeans stole some merchandise from the liquor store.

12:58pm - Beat 6254 is executing a search warrant at 29XX N Luna. Console time is 12:58 and the event number is 08924.

1:36pm - Person wanted. Wellington and Cicero. Caller saw someone driving their stolen car. Car's plates have been changed and the new plate is K458538. Headed north on Cicero towards Barry.

1:37pm - Battery in progress. Lawler and Ferdinand. Group of boys jumping on a woman and kids are out there. These boys are hitting everyone. Another call says there's about 25 people fighting in the street.

1:45pm - 1) Narcotics. Rice and Lavergne. Male Black with a white tanktop and black pants is selling. 2) Narcotics. 55XX W Quincy. Four males selling drugs on the street. Drugs are hidden in the rear of the vacant building at 5553 on Quincy.

1:51pm - Beat 1572 is doing foot patrol on the 500 block of N Lawler. Also, Beat car 1512 is advising that if they get another call over in that area, they're going to need more than one car. Things are still heated over there.

1:57pm - Disturbance. 17XX N Lockwood.

2:04pm - Wires down. Lawndale and Grand. A truck hit wires on Lawndale and brought them down. They're connected to Cameron school and the transformer came down too.

2:09pm - From Zone 10: wanted for a double-homicide that occurred at 12:15 hours at 6XX N Avers is a black 4-door Chevy Impala with tinted windows and passenger plate.

2:16pm - Beat 1562Eddie needs a transport car at 3XX N Laramie. But then they give a disregard seconds later.

2:21pm - Beat car 2534 needs ComEd to come out to her 2:04pm job. Wires are down and they were connected to the school. They're in front at 12XX N Lawndale.

2:26pm - 1) Traffic accident. 4611 W Belmont. At the firehouse. Hit-and-run. 2) Holding the offender. 4650 W North Ave. At the Walmart.

2:29pm - Battery in progress. Fullerton and Narragansett. Three guys fighting.

2:34pm - Criminal trespass. 43XX W Hirsch. Gangbangers are trespassing, selling and gambling.

2:37pm - 1) Burglary report. 5604 W Chicago. 2) Missing person report. 57XX W Washington. 14 year old daughter has been missing since Tuesday. She's sucidial and has mental problems. Her last name is Hamlition and she's 4'11 and 135 lbs, last seen wearing a purple shirt and gray shorts.

2:43pm - Commercial alarm. 4854 W Montana. At the St. Genevieve's school. First floor.

2:50pm - Battery. 51XX W Oakdale.

3:01pm - Narcotics. Lawler and Iowa. Four male Blacks, 17 to 18 years old. One has on a red shirt and his nickname is "Byron", the second one is called "Baby-T" who has nappy hair and is 5'3, dark complected with a green t-shirt, the third one is light complected and drives a red car with a plate of L6358298, and the fourth one also drives. He drives a green SUV with a plate of X438898. They're all in and out of the two vehicles, selling drugs to citizens.

3:22pm - Beat 6750 has a street stop at Wabansia and LeClaire.

3:28pm - Wires down. 900 block of N LeClaire. They're sparking. CFD is rolling and ComEd is being notified.

3:36pm - Disturbance. 49XX W Concord.

3:46pm - Traffic accident. Kostner and North Ave. Injuries.

3:50pm - Traffic accident. On 1511's Beat.

3:58pm - Gang disturbance. Wabansia and Keystone. Eight males throwing up gang signs.

4:08pm - Gang disturbance. 1700 block of N Keystone.

4:17pm - Battery in progress. Austin and Roosevelt. Fight on the street involving a bat. Another call says someone was hit in the head with the bat. Couple of calls coming in.

4:40pm - Battery. 31XX N LeClaire.

5:00pm - Traffic accident. 43XX W Shakespeare. Hit-and-run.

7:03pm - Shots Fired. 1100 block of W 13th.

7:08pm - Criminal damage. 11XX N Ridgeway. Group of people throwing bricks at the caller's house.

7:09pm - 1) Assault. 20XX W 25th. Male threatened to shoot the caller. 2) Gang disturbance. 41XX W 24th Pl.

7:17pm - Shots Fired. 9XX N Parkside. Nine shots heard.

7:27pm - Gang disturbance. 3900 W Grand.

8:40pm - Gang disturbance. 23XX N Moody. Group flashing signs.

8:42pm - Parker. 52XX W Altgeld. White Trooper is blocking the caller's garage.

8:44pm - Parker. 2937 N McVicker.

9:16pm - Disturbance. 49XX W Chicago. Kids throwing trash out of a window onto people walking down the street.

9:22pm - Battery. 57XX W Race.

9:50pm - Burglar alarm. 48XX W Bloomingdale.

10:15pm - Burglar alarm. 5200 W Jackson. At the church.

10:28pm - Battery. 52XX W Madison. Caller was jumped and this is the second time the same person's done it.

10:45pm - Narcotics. 4300 block of W Kamerling. 30 people involved in selling drugs.

11:09pm - Shots Fired. 300 block of N Pine. Couple of calls. Four to seven shots heard.

11:12pm - 1) Backlog in 15 at 23:12 hours. 2) Battery report. Loretto Hospital. 3) Missing person report. 5XX N Central. 4) Burglar alarm. 7XX N Laramie.

11:15pm - Gang disturbance. Walton and Pine. 30 to 40 of them on the corner, loitering.
