12:01am - 1) Beat car 1524 has a traffic stop at 5401 W Chicago. 2) Parker. On 1524's Beat.

12:05am - Person calling for help. 5934 W Madison.

12:17am - 1) Loud music disturbance. 53XX W Altgeld. Loud party. 2) Loud music disturbance. 6XX N Laramie. Loud party.

12:24am - Loud music disturbance. 13XX N Ridgeway. Loud party.

12:42am - Residential alarm. 2701 N Narragansett. At the church.

1:15am - Person w/ a gun. Superior and Lavergne.

1:41am - Assault. 26XX N Meade. Someone's yelling at the caller.

2:04am - Shots Fired. 53XX W Monroe. Several heard in an apartment.

2:07am - Beat car 1532Robert has a traffic stop at 5XX N Central.

2:19am - Assault in progress. 16XX N Karlov. Known female threatened the caller.

2:28am - Person Shot. Menard and Superior. Male shot in the eye.

2:30am - The shooting's bona fide at Menard/Superior. Gary vehicle involved. Male shot twice.

2:31am - The shooting actually occurred at Huron and Mayfield. Victim was shot on the corner, and the vehicle fled south towards Ohio.

5:56pm - Criminal trespass. 50XX W Monroe. Three males trespassing on the porch.

6:04pm - 1) Beat car 2534 is on a traffic stop at 15XX N Pulaski. 2) Person w/ a gun. Karlov and Potomac. Male Black, 16, bald head with a white tanktop and blue jean shorts has a gun in his waistband.

6:08pm - A slow down is being given on the 6:pm job. Beat 2530 doesn't see anyone.

6:27pm - Suspicious person. 22XX N Monitor. Female walked into the caller's house for no reason.

6:32pm - Gang disturbance. Kedvale Park. Several males engaged in gang activity.

6:39pm - Suspicious vehicle. 51XX W Gladys. Two males were trying to hop the fence of the caller's house.

6:41pm - Commercial alarm. 536 N Cicero.

6:44pm - 1) Now they're calling in a "person w/ a gun" at Kedvale Park. Male Black teenager with no shirt has a gun. 2) Narcotics. 56XX W Washington. Four to five guys in front with tanktops are selling. 3) Narcotics. 11XX N Lavergne. Three males selling. 4) Narcotics. Quincy and Laramie. 15 males selling, the main offender is 5'10 with a white t-shirt.

6:49pm - Gang disturbance. Long and Parker.

6:50pm - Burglary report. 51XX W Kinize.

6:56pm - Beat car 1522 is doing foot patrol at Adams and Laramie. Event number is 15560.

6:59pm - Criminal trespass. 36XX S Halsted. Gangbangers going into a vacant apartment at this location.

7:08pm - Beat 1006Adam has a street stop at Ridgeway and 15th.

7:09pm - Beat car 1011 is doing a post-shooting mission on the 4300 block of W Roosevelt.

7:12pm - Suspicious vehicle. 55XX S Wabash.

7:22pm - Person w/ a gun. Monroe and Lockwood. Male Black named "Mike-Mike" with a white shirt pulled a gun on the caller.

8:04pm - Gang disturbance. 2300 block of N Mango.

8:10pm - Gang disturbance. 16XX N LeClaire. Group gathering, they're about to start selling drugs.

8:55pm - Burglar alarm. 2542 N Cicero.

9:18pm - Shots Fired. LeClaire and Thomas. Large fight and several shots fired.

9:20pm - Calls are still coming in at LeClaire/Thomas.

9:21pm - Shots Fired. 5100 W Thomas. Six shots.

9:22pm - Shots Fired. Thomas and Lawler. Six shots with people running.

9:42pm - 1) Person Shot. 5219 W Lake. Male shot. 2) Person down. 3XX N Latrobe. Dead man laying in the street.

9:43pm - Person Shot at 5219 on Lake is bona fide per Beat car 1531. They're asking for EMS.

9:44pm - It's a possible homicide on Lake. Victim has multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head. Beat car 1523Robert has the paper and Beat 1541 has the crime scene. Beat 1510 is being notified of the shooting.

9:45pm - An RD number is being pulled from the shooting. It's HV408053 with the event number of 18764

9:47pm - 1) Two jobs on 2515R's PDT. 2) Disturbance. On 2521R's Beat. 3) Municipal ordinance violation. On 2533R's Beat.

10:05pm - Beat 2506Adam has a traffic stop at 2233 N Cicero.

10:14pm - Traffic pursuit. Traffic pursuit. Parkside and Diversey. Beat 2506Charlie just had a maroon SUV take off on them. It's headed south towards Schubert. Last four on the plate are 1982.

10:15pm - West on Altgeld towards Major. Car's going real fast.

10:16pm - South on Menard, passing Fullerton. Multiple units are chasing now.

10:17pm - North on Marmora from Grand. Also, per Beat 2599R, the Watch Commander, whoever doesn't have the car in site is to terminate the chase.

10:20pm - Beat car 2534 says that they last saw this SUV near Belmont and Monitor.

10:21pm - Traffic accident. Major and Belmont. Citizen was hit by the SUV.

10:22pm - Elmwood Park #1 comes on the air, saying that this SUV has a gun in it. They're the ones who started this chase originally, at Wellington and Harlem.

10:25pm - River Grove is now chasing the car, north on Cumberland from Belmont. Headed towards Norridge and into 16.

10:33pm - Disturbance. Mason and Roosevelt. People loitering and blasting loud music.


11:44pm - Traffic pursuit. Traffic pursuit. Congress and Central. Beat car 1523R is chasing. White van headed south towards the Eisenhower, it's wanted for an unlawful weapons violation. Narcotics also suspected.

11:45pm - Headed east on Jackson from Central. Dispatch is requesting an assist car, as 1523R is by himself. He's trying to pull the car over.

11:46pm - Getting onto the Eisenhower Expressway from Central. Multiple units now involved with more on the way. Illinois State Police is being notified.

11:47pm - South on Cicero from Roosevelt, heading into the suburb of Cicero. He's off the Expressway now. Cicero PD is being notified.

11:48pm - Approaching Cermak on Cicero. Apparently the car is speeding and is driving very erractically, swerving and what not. Officers are being advised to use extreme caution.

11:49pm - The car crashed on the 5100 block of 25th Place in Cicero, into a fence, and the driver is bailing. Male Black in a white t-shirt. Running towards Laramie on 25th.

11:50pm - Two females in custody, but the male is still running. He's on 51st Court somewhere.

11:51pm - Ok, he's in custody now. 5122 on 25th Pl. All three offenders are in custody. Great job, 15th District officers!

11:52pm - A disregard is being given on this pursuit. Offenders are in custody and no one is hurt. All officers are accounted for. Multiple supervisors are on scene, with the Watch Commander.

11:53pm  - Dispatch is requesting an officer to please give her a call about the situation. She needs to send out notifications.

11:54 to 11:57pm - Dispatch and officers are mobling about the incident. Sounds like everything is fine, but they're relaying information to each other and what not.
