Monitoring Zone 12 today from now until 6pm, but will monitor some other Zones around lunchtime (noon). Monitoring Zone 1 tomorrow. Here's crime for this morning and afternoon.

7:38am - DOA. 24XX N Central. In the basement apartment. EMS is en route.

7:40am - Narcotics. On 1511's Beat. Selling.

7:46am - Parker. On 2593's PDT.

8:02am - Burglary report. 27XX N Merrimac.

8:18am - Disturbance. 11XX N LeClaire. Drug dealers sleeping on the porch of an abandoned building.

8:58am - Suspicious person. Lake and Central. Male keeps following the caller.

9:00am - 1) Burglar report. On 2522's Beat. 2) Criminal trespass. 15XX N Hamlin. Man named Eddie just came onto the back porch.

9:08am - Beat car 1511 has a traffic stop at 9XX N Laramie.

9:20am - Disturbance. 24XX N New England. On-going neighbor problem.

9:29am - Burglary report. 5649 W Chicago.

9:31am - Commercial alarm. 19XX N New England.

9:37am - Criminal trespass. 9XX N Central. Evicted tenants are back on scene.

9:45am - Beat car 2515 is doing a premise check at the theater, 5530 W Homer.

10:16am - Traffic accident. 4803 W Belmont.

10:25am - Fire. 3100 block of N Cicero. House on fire, multiple calls.

10:28am - Beat 2520 needs another car on Cicero for traffic control. CTA needs to be notified.

10:55am - 1) Disturbance. 5542 W North Ave. Girl loitering in front. 2) Missing person report. On 1512's Beat.

10:58am - Disturbance. 4931 W Diversey. At the umemployement office. Someone's causing a problem.

11:08am - Suspicious person. 1300 block of N Harding. Male Black with a yellow mohawk and no shirt on a dirt bike is riding up and down the block, looking at the houses.

11:15am - Person wanted. Central and Madison. Male Black, 6'2, slim build with a striped shirt and white t-shirt underneath and blue jean shorts is walking south on Central towards Monroe. He's wanted for battery.

11:19am - All traffic on Cicero from that fire is opened up now. 2520 thanks everyone for their good work.

11:49am - Criminal damage. 4336 W Armitage.

12:01pm - Parker. On 1294's PDT.

12:04pm - A 1st District unit is doing a traffic mission along Columbus Drive.

12:07pm - EMS run. Cermak and Pulaski.

12:32pm - Disturbance. 10XX N Mason. Problem with the neighbor.

2:42pm - Criminal trespass. 11XX N Lavergne. Group of people loitering, trespassing.

4:26pm - Gang disturbance. 49XX W Oakdale.

4:41pm - Assault. 3940 W Grand. Someone threatened to kill an employee.

4:54pm - 1) Burglar alarm. 16XX N Moblie. 2) Barking dog. On 2513's Beat.

5:19pm - 1) Person w/ a gun. 4650 W North Ave. Male Black, 17 to 18 years old, with a white t-shirt, is in front of Walmart with several other teens who have guns. He's got one, too, in his waistband. He just threatened the assistant manager because they're holding his nephew for theft. 2) Assault in progress. 7XX N Lorel. Group of youths throwing bricks at a city worker.

5:21pm - 1) Disturbance. 1600 block of N LeClaire. 2) Disturbance. 6600 W North Ave. 3) Check the well being. 5047 W North Ave. Female walking into the street, asking for money.
