12:06am - Disturbance. XX N Mayfield. Group of males loitering, disturbing the peace.

12:07am - Narcotics. 53XX W Adams. Group selling and buying drugs out the window.

8:47am - Narcotics. Cortez and Lamon. Group of people selling.

8:56am - Beat car 1513 is doing a park check at Columbus.

9:06am - 1) Beat car 2531 has a traffic stop at 5725 W North Ave. 2) Panick alarm. 6934 W Diversey. At the 36th Ward office.

9:23am - Residential alarm. 20XX N Newcastle.

9:44am - EMS run. 54XX W Ferdinand. Caller's nephew is unresponsive.

10:27am - Disturbance. Karlov and Grand. Group of seven males arguing.

10:47am - Person w/ a gun. Madison and Leamington. At the gas station. Male put a gun behind one of the gas pumps.

12:55pm - EMS run. XX N Waller.

1:33pm - Parker. On 1593's PDT.

1:39pm - Holding the offender. 4650 W North Ave.

2:22pm - Narcotics. 10XX N Long. Six males on the corner selling.


2:56pm - Disturbance. 22XX N Monitor. Construction crew doing work without a permit.

2:57pm - Battery. 5924 W Madison. Someone threw a bottle at the caller's daughter.

4:36pm - 1) Shots Fired. Lavergne and Jackson. Two men wearing all black are shooting. 2) EMS run. 4852 W North Ave. Male down in the alley by the dumpster.

4:37pm - Parker. 1200 block of N Avers.

4:47pm - Beat car 2521 has a traffic stop at Wolfram and Lavergne.

4:52pm - Person w/ a gun. LeClaire and Wolfram. Two vehicles were chasing each other and one had a gun in it.

4:55pm - 2521 is saying that the 4:52pm job is related to their 4:47pm stop. They're investigating it now.

5:32pm - Person calling for help. 58XX W Fullerton. Homeless male laying in the gangway, yelling for help.

5:46pm - Beat 2599 is advising Dispatch that there will be an outdoor roll call at Wabansia and Kedvale at 18:00 hours (6pm). Also, in 15, there's going to be an outdoor roll call at Laramie and Adams, at the same time.

5:48pm - Municipal ordinance violation. On 2521's Beat.

5:51pm - Criminal trespass. 1032 N Massasoit. Five males in the back of the vacant property.

5:58pm - Assault. 9XX N Lavergne. Group of females threatening the caller.

6:06pm - Disturbance. 6656 W Grand. At the restrauant. Males harassing people.

6:07pm - Person Shot. West Suburban Hospital. This is from the Lavergne/Jackson incident.

7:08pm - Battery. 27XX N Austin. Caller was beaten up by some teenage girls.

7:09pm - 1) Disturbance. 5958 W Roosevelt. Several guys loitering. 2) Parker. 59XX W Race. Permits.

7:10pm - Alarm. 15XX N Lawndale.

7:23pm - Battery. 45XX W George. First floor neighbor beat up the caller.

7:25pm - 1) Loud music disturbance. 1400 block of N Lotus. Vehicle blasting "nasty music" on the block. 2) Disturbance. Wabansia and Latrobe. Ten to 12 males drinking and loitering on the porch of an abandoned building.

7:27pm - Disturbance. 2700 block of N Merrimac. Group of teens on skateboards are being too noisy.

7:30pm - Gang disturbance. Merrimac and Fullerton.

7:33pm - Check the well being. 10XX S Monitor.

9:04pm - CSA report. 51XX W North Ave. 14 year old daughter had sex with the 50 year old godfather.

9:17pm - Battery in progress. 4800 W Gladys. Group of eight kids beating up on one, then started chasing him.

9:33pm - Gang disturbance. Wrightwood and Newland. Group throwing up signs by the parking lot of the St. William's school.

9:43pm - Beat 1261Boy is doing a premise check at 13XX W Washburne.

9:46pm - Disturbance. Mozart and Hollywood. Kids playing in the school lot.

9:55pm - Burglar alarm. 800 N Kedzie.

9:58pm - Check the well being. 6700 N Sheridan.

10:07pm - Disturbance. Fullerton and Austin. Car riding around the neighborhood, causing problems.

10:29pm - 1) Parkers. On 2511Robert's Beat. 2) Gambling. 52XX W Quincy. Six of them in front.

11:41pm - Suspicious vehicle. 30XX N Narrangansett. Three males in a white vehicle have been sitting out there for over three hours.
