4:33pm - Check the well being. 37XX N Troy. Elderly female is having a problem walking.
5:01pm - Person w/ a gun. Belmont and Laramie. Four male Hispanic gangbangers harassing people, the one with the gun has on a black hat, white shirt and black shoes
