Good morning, everyone, it's 12am. I'm monitoring Zone 12 today for the most part, but may monitor Zone 3 this afternoon as well and maybe even some other Zones this evening around 7pm. Here's crime for today.

12:00am - Burglar alarm. 2103 N Lamon. At the Lloyd school.

12:01am - 1) Commercial alarm. 2235 N Knox. 2) Commercial alarm. 4555 W North Ave. 3) Beat 6754David has a street stop at Monroe and Lotus.

12:03am - I'm going to go for the night. I'll be back in the morning.

8:45pm - I'm back. Sorry I'm so late, but I'm strictly monitoring what's going on with the Blackhawks game tonight.

8:46pm - Beat 1200XRay is giving the following Tac team assignments for tonight: Beat 1263 and his team will be assigned to Madison, 1268 and his team will be detailed to the outer area around the United Center, 1269 and his team will be detailed on Division, and 1262 and his team will be detailed to Taylor.

9:51pm - Beat 1400XRay needs all Tac cars in 14 to start heading towards Wicker Park.

9:53pm - Blackhawks win!! Wooooo.....

9:56pm - 1) Shots Fired. 18th and Blue Island. Four heard. 2) Shots Fired. 15XX W 17th St. Someone’s shooting. 3) Shots Fired. 25XX W Thomas. 12 shots fired. 4) Shots Fired. 26XX W Crystal. 10 shots in the alley.

9:57pm - Battery in progress. Washtenaw and Hirsch. Bunch of people fighting.

10:17pm - 1) Shots Fired. 10XX N Oakley. 2) Fireworks. Chicago and Nobel.

10:18pm - 1) Shots Fired. 18XX N Carpenter. 2) Disturbance. Morgan and 19th. Lots of people yelling and making noise.

10:20pm - 1) Missing person report. 1658 W Grand. 2) Fireworks. Superior and Paulina. 3) Beat 1200XRay wants ALL fireworks calls for tonight to be coded as an 18Paul.

10:27pm - As you can guess, most of the Blackhawks activity is occurring near Damen and Madison. Sounds crazy right now. We also have activity going on near the University of Illinois at Chicago on Taylor, in Wicker Park and on Sheffield.

10:30pm - Beat 1200, 12th District Commander, is having Madison closed between Wood and Damen, and also between Morgan and Odgen. No CTA buses are to come through either.

10:31pm - Robbery. 13XX S Springfield. Caller was hit over the head and robbed.

10:33pm - Shots Fired/Fireworks. Ogden and Washtenaw. Bottle rocks, gunshots.

10:37pm - Ambulance staging area for all the activities in and around Wrigley Field is at Clark and Addison. Three units are needed to keep that intersection closed off, and units are also needed at Clark and Sheffield to keep closures in effect.

10:30pm - Okay, I'm gone with 14, and 25 with that effect, until further notice. If I don't come back, I want everyone to have a good night and to be PLEASE safe.

10:42pm - Beat car 1424Robert is being asked to close northbound traffic on Milwaukee at Wood.

10:44pm - Backlog in 14 at 22:44 hours.

10:50pm - We have a report of barricades being used as weapons. Clark and Roscoe.

10:52pm - Battery in progress. Sunnyside and Magnolia. Gang fight on the corner.

10:54pm - Person w/ a gun. 8XX W Eastwood. Male Black in a blue/white windbreaker is passing a gun around to five other males.

10:55pm - Person w/ a gun. Marshfield and 50th. Male Black with all black has a gun.

11:07pm - Beat 1563 is sending his team over to Wicker Park. Sounds like things have gotten bad there.

11:10pm - Gang disturbance. Montrose and Milwaukee Ave. Man flashing signs.

11:13pm - The vicinity of Harlem and Belmont is another celebration area. This is in 16. So I’ll be having to keep an eye on things here as well.

11:34pm - Beat car 1434Robert is needed to ride along Division from Western to Damen to see how things are over there. Beat 1269 is saying it’s clear up there, though.

11:39pm - Beat 1262 wants his team to meet him at Taylor and Ashland.

11:56pm - Beat 6766 needs EMS at 3500 N Clark. He’s got an injured P.O. Uh oh....
