Foot Patrol On Harrison, Burglar Alarm On Hermitage

Good morning, everyone, it's 9:15am. .
  
9:17am - Beat 1282Paul is doing foot patrol on the 2000 and 2100 blocks of W Harrison. Event number is 03777.

9:20am - Burglar alarm. 10XX N Hermitage.

9:32am - DOA report. University Of Illinois Hospital.

10:07am - Beat 1207 and her team is doing a "mock" lockdown at the Perez school, 1241 W 19th.

10:12am - FBI Tip Incident. 1241 W 19th. At the Perez school. Kindergarten teacher was informed by the school principal that there's a lockdown at the school.

10:20am - Theft. 21XX S Wood. Someone just broke into the AT&T truck.

10:23am - Beat 1265Adam has a street stop at Congress and Damen.


10:52am - Parker. On 1211's Beat.

12:15pm - An arrest has just been made at the Sabin school, 2216 W. Hirsch, because a kid had a knife. They're taking him into 14 now.

12:24pm - Assault. 1255 N Milwaukee Ave. Man pointed at the caller and threatened to shoot them.

12:25pm - Parker. On 1241's PDT.

12:35pm - Beat 1465Charlie is doing a premise check at the Division Blue Line station.

1:00pm - Narcotics. 18XX S Lafflin. Selling.

1:06pm - Burglar alarm. 2053 W Division.

1:34pm - Beat 4544Boy has a street stop at 3541 W North Ave. Event number is 07352.

1:41pm - Beat 1463Adam is doing a post-shooting mission on 1423's Beat. Event number is 07466.

3:45pm - EMS run. 8XX W Adams. Man fell and hit his head.

3:57pm - Person stabbed. Western and Van Buren. Female stabbed.

4:12pm - Parker. On 1214's Beat.

4:18pm - Disturbance. 1307 W 19th. Couple of people having a disagreement in the grocery store.

4:56pm - Criminal trespass. 17XX S Ruble. Man went into the vacant building.

5:15pm - Disturbance. 14XX N Talman. Group congregating in front, caller wants them to leave. 


6:08pm - 1) Traffic accident. 1326 W Grand. Parked car was hit. 2) Disturbance. Washington and Western. Male in the gas station lot, harassing people and refusing to leave.

6:09pm - Traffic accident. Odgen and Harrison. Injuries.

6:14pm - 1) Assault in progress. 3620 N Clark. At the Walgreen's. Male refusing to leave and threatening the manager. 2) Burglar alarm. 3524 N Clark.

6:16pm - Narcotics. 35XX W Lexington. A cab pulled up and the driver of it is receiving drugs from a man in front.

6:19pm - Robbery. 2100 S Drake. Two males robbed another male near the corner.

6:22pm - Open door. 41XX W 26th St.

6:23pm - Suspicious person. Cornelia and Seminary.


8:59pm - EMS run. 8XX W Kinize. Man hearing voices.

9:00pm - Beat 1481Adam has a street stop at Wolcott and Milwaukee Ave.

9:04pm - Disturbance. 3153 W Chicago. Male in front of the T-Moblie harassing people.

9:52pm - Burglar alarm. 2143 W Division.

9:58pm - Traffic pursuit. Traffic pursuit. Augusta and Damen. Beat 1292 is in pursuit of a dark gray pick-up truck with a plate of 43724H that ran through a red light and is going really fast.

9:59pm - Turning onto Ashland from Augusta.

10:00pm - Passing Milwaukee on Ashland.

10:01pm - North on Paulina from North Ave.

10:02pm - Beat 1250 is ordering 1292 to terminate. 22:02 on the clock. The car was last seen on the Kennedy Expressway, passing Fullerton.

10:03pm - 1292 is saying that there was a large group of gangbangers near this car at 2500 W Chicago (where he's saying the chase originally started), they were getting out and in. When they observed 1292, four males jumped in the car and took off. He had lost them but saw them again at Augusta/Damen. The car registers back to 4036 N. Troy, on 1724's Beat, and is a dark Chevy Impala. Suspect's name is allegedly Leroy.

10:06pm - Beat car 1523Robert is giving information about this chase. Apparently, this car is wanted in a crash that occurred earlier at Pulaski and Potomac. One of the guys supposedly has a firearm, so officers are advised to use extra caution.

10:07pm - Illinois State Police has taken over the chase, but we don't know where they're at now.

- Burglary in progress. 22XX W Harrison. Someone's breaking into the apartment.


10:14pm - Disturbance. 1741 S Ruble. Two males at the gas station are panhandling and are refusing to leave.

10:38pm - 17th District units have the guy from the earlier pursuit stopped at Belle Plaine and Troy.

11:17pm - Check the well being. 26XX W Iowa. Not sure what the emergency is, guy speaking in an unknown language was requesting CPD.

11:32pm - Traffic pursuit. Traffic pursuit. The Kennedy Expressway and Kimball. 17th District units are in pursuit of a white car that had narcotics in it. The suspect is a male Hispanic, short with a long ponytail. Last seen headed south on Kimball towards Belmont.

11:34pm - They have the car now on Rockwell passing Elston, going about 50 mph. Possibly the same car involved in the earlier chase.

11:35pm - West on Belmont approaching Sacramento. And it's been confirmed that it's the same car. Beat 1706Robert is pursuing.

11:36pm - West on Wellington from Sawyer. Officers are being advised, once again, that one of the passengers in that car is armed with a pistol.

11:37pm - Passing Central Park on Schubert.

11:38pm - West on Schubert, passing Avers. We've got 14th, 17th and 25th District officers pursuing, along with State Police.

11:39pm - South on Pulaski from Palmer. A termination order has just been issued per Beat 1701. 23:39 hours on the clock.

11:40pm - East on Armitage from Central Park.

11:41pm - Turning onto Campbell from Shakespeare. He's going REAL fast. The units are three or four blocks from him.

11:42pm - West on Fullerton from Maplewood. Still going really fast. Units are struggling to keep up.

11:43pm - Oh, he's bailing. Here we go. 2400 block of N Maplewood. Hopped a fence.

11:44pm - The guy is in custody. I repeat, he's in custody. 2529 on Rockwell. Beat car 1412Robert and Beat 1461Charlie are on scene. The truck is in the alley of 2524 N Maplewood.

11:47pm - Assault in progress. 19XX W Crystal. Group of people about to fight.


11:48pm - Gang disturbance. 18XX S Lafflin. Group hanging out and throwing up signs, headed north on Lafflin towards 18th.
