Alarms In 13, Hit-And-Run @ Division/Throop

Good morning, everyone, it's 9:08am. .

9:11am - Commercial alarm. 14XX N Ashland.

9:13am - Commercial alarm. 1746 W Grand. At the pizza place.

9:14am - Residential alarm. 9XX N Hermitage.

9:16am - Information for the CPD. Division and Throop. Headed east is a maroon pick-up with a plate of 590552 that's wanted for a hit-and-run. Last seen headed towards Racine on Division.

9:21am - Beat car 1424 is doing an "L" check at the Damen Blue Line station.

9:22am - Suspicious vehicle. 18XX W Hubbard. Red Saturn parked in front for three days.

9:38am - Suspicious vehicle. Hoyne and Ohio. Three male teens in red sweaters sitting inside a red Hatchback sitting on Hoyne just south of Ohio slumped down and hid their faces when the caller walked by.

9:40am - Recover the stolen vehicle. 701 N Sacramento. At the City pound.

9:56am - Disturbance. 1300 N Ashland. Four people loitering in front of the donut shop.

10:05am - Parker. 12XX N Clever. Black Ford illegally parked in the school zone.

10:06am - Missing person. 2714 W Augusta. At the Laffayette school. Male student named William, 13 years old, 5'10, long dreadlocks, black jacket with white patches and black pants left school an hour ago without permission.

10:07am - Commercial alarm. 1448 N Milwaukee Ave. General.

10:08am - Criminal trespass in progress. 5XX N Troy. Two males went into the vacant building and apparently busted the gas pipes. There's a strong gas odor in the area. CFD is rolling as well.

10:28am - CFD run. 2753 W North Ave. Caller accidently locked their newborn baby in the car, keys are in the car. CFD is rolling.

10:40am - Beat car 1333 is doing a park check at Union.

10:51am - Beat car 1432 is doing an "L" check at the Damen Blue Line. Event number is 05635.

10:57am - Holding the offender. 2021 W Chicago. At Dominick's. Female.

11:05am - Burglary in progress. LeMoyne and Fairfield. Couple of people are breaking into a church and stealing the piping.

11:11am - Beat 1462Charlie is at the 11:05am job and said that they spoke with some citizens, who said they didn't see anyone go through the back of the location.

11:14am - Suspicious person. 25XX W Superior. Female Hispanic, 5'2, black hair with a gray sweatshirt and gray boots tried to approach the caller and their husband on separate occassions, something about a cigarette then a man comes up and robs people. Call-taker wasn't really clear on this call.

11:26am - Traffic accident. 1XX N California. Two cars, one lost a bumper.

11:32am - Parker. 1443 W Grand. Gold Nissan Sedan with a plate of 4221405 is blocking the crosswalk across from the school.

11:38am - Theft in progress. Ashland and Lake. Female at the CTA bus stop took the caller's CTA disabled card and is arguing with the caller. The caller has special needs.

11:39am - Battery. Ashland/Lake. Female Black, 6 feet tall, 200-300 lbs with a light jacket is standing with a group of women, they just beat up the caller.

11:49am - The 11:32am job is coded a 6Mary.

11:54am - 1432 is doing a park check at Wicker.

12:05pm - Beat 1375Sam needs EMS at Wells High School, 936 N. Ashland, for a female student in the Attendance Office who's having chest pains.

12:11pm - Dispatch is asking units on the Zone if anyone's having a chase on the 3500 block of W Beach. Two male Hispanics ran through a yard and told the caller that CPD was chasing them. One has on a black hoodie.

12:15pm - Traffic accident. 1300 N Ashland.

12:24pm - Parker. On 1424's Beat.

12:43pm - Beat 1462Adam has a street stop at Division and Central Park.

1:03pm - Traffic accident. Western and Hirsch.

1:13pm - Disturbance. Madison and California. On CTA bus #1993, a group of youths just blew off a smoke bomb. Bus is facing southbound, waiting for CPD.

1:15pm - Beat 1361Eddie has a street stop at 27XX W Division.

1:18pm - The 1:13pm job is coded a 5Frank. Nobody wants to talk to the CPD, and the kids are gone.
