Good morning, everyone, it's 7:45am. If you don't already know, today is the first day back to school for the year-round CPS Schools. We all know what that means. Kids off the street for the most part, doing school work and being with their friends, and in the case of the bad ones, acting a fool and causing trouble. Hopefully this school year will be better than most, and maybe it will, as the kids go longer now. Elementary schools go 7 hours and high schools go 7.5 hours. I'll be monitoring the schools tomorrow and Wednesday as well. Today, I'm monitoring Zones 3 and 12, as quite a few schools on these two Zones go back today, and we've had problems before with some of these schools, so I'm listening carefully today. He drives a green SUV with a plate of X438898. They're all in and out of the two vehicles, selling drugs to citizens.
